Breatheasy SUP & YOGA has been creating unique and enriching retreat experiences for guests to enjoy. What started out as a personal journey and weekend workshop has grown into a transformative Yoga & Adventure Retreat that has changed lives. We offer retreats to address all aspects and every interest, so let us know what you need and we’ll help guide you in the right direction.

WHY DOING YOGA WITH SUP

SUP Yoga combines yoga asanas and standup paddling to form a fun and invigorating exercise that provides a completely different experience from any daily workouts we perform. It is also a great opportunity to immerse ourselves into the nature, paddling around to explore beautiful spots to practice our yoga poses and sharing the good vibes and energy in the company of good friends.

SUP Yoga focuses on strengthening mostly the core muscles and stability of the body. Breathing and mindfulness are also one of the important parts in the exercise. With a consistent practice, participants will build body stability and take on more challenging asanas.

Morning Yoga at the Sea

10:00 - 10:30 Intro & Warm Up

10:30 - 12:00 SUP Yoga Class with Teacher

12:00 - 13:00 Free paddling & Photo time

13:00 - 13:30 Paddle back, Shower & Change

Afternoon Yoga at the Sea

15:00 - 15:30 Intro & Warm Up

15:30 - 17:00 SUP Yoga Class with Teacher

17:00 - 18:00 Free paddling & Photo time

18:00 - 18:30 Paddle back, Shower & Change

TEACHING

Our teachers are all experienced and certified yoga teachers with a passion in connecting body and mind through immersing ourselves in nature and an interest in outdoor activities and sports. Check out our Instagram for more personal stories from our teachers!

Since the group size is small for all of our sessions, our teachers will guide the participants according to their levels and physical conditions. We welcome all levels of participants to come join our highly customized classes. Even it's your first time to yoga practice!

WHAT IS INCLUDED

The full package includes:

  • SUP Board Rental (3 hours)

  • Paddle Rental (3 hours)

  • Yoga Mat Provided

  • Yoga Class Taught by Certified Yoga Teacher

        (Indoor + Outdoor, approx. 2-2.5 hours in total)

  • Cold Pressed Fruit Juice x 1

  • Personal Storage Service

  • Washroom & Changing Room Provided

VENUE AND EQUIPMENT

We only select high quality venue and equipment for our community of participants. We hope you will enjoy every part of the experience here, and fall in love with the wellness lifestyle in Mui Wo.

OUR HOME BASE

Our home base is situated in a newly renovated traditional village building right next to the beachside. Cozy and chic as our dream vacation house, it includes a yoga studio space (the living room), a restroom, a changing room and a little coffee area on the mezzanine floor. Pop-up events are occasionally held here. Stay tuned!

SILVERMINE BAY

Mui Wo's Silvermine Bay Beach is one of the six Great Beaches Hong Kong 2019-2020 regconized by Hong Kong Tourism Board. Close to the pier and bus terminus you can check out a good selection of Chinese and international restaurants, a no-frills seaside dining arcade, and seaside eating places specialising in noodles, seafood and duck.

SUP DEDICATED TO YOGA PRACTICE

Our SUP board is dedicated to yoga practice for all skill levels and water conditions. Unlike standard SUP boards, the extra-large dimensions of our boards are designed for an uninterrupted workout with a full deck for crocodile grooving footpad for ultimate comfort.

YOGA MATS & TOOLS

We provide yoga mats and various tools to make sure our participants and teachers have everything they need for their practice. Our yoga mats are 3.5mm thick, suitable for different styles of yoga practice.
